Who to rank up for Act 6.3, 6.4

I'm trying to figure out who might be most useful to rank up for Act 6.3, and Act 6.4 completion. I'm also have to fully explore Variants 1,5, & 6.

My current 5 star rank 5s are
Skill: Blade, Nick, Aegon
Mutant: Domino, Magento (Red)
Tech: Sparky, Ghost, Warlock
Cosmic, Hyperion, Cap Marvel Movie, Cosmic Ghost Rider
Mystic: Doom, Sorcerer Supreme
Science: Cap America IW, Thing, Quake, Human Torch

I am NOT running suicides or Omega Red or Corvus would be clearly choices in my mind. I am sitting on several awakening gems as well so anything in the list below that really needs awakening could get it.

Who to rank up for Act 6.3, 6.4 11 votes

    AA has AAR and just kills all non bleed/poison immunes champs,Guillotine if you want to take on LOL

    Since I already have Aegon at max sig, would Gullotine 2099 still be worth ranking for LOL?

    I haven’t done a single path in LOL yet, figured I should do a once through on the main story first.
