Yesssssssssss! Let’s go! So, now just need to rank him up, is he good for stuff in 6.4? Thanks for any advice on him as I only had 3* before now.

    Btw, Havok works surprisingly well for her. She doesn't shrug off his plasmas, which I believe is a bug. Even if she did, she would take damage from his abilities.
