Psionic blast bypassing phasing?

So I've been playing Ghost against Stryfe and I've noticed that his mediums don't miss, while his light attacks do. After checking the abilities a few times, I think it's to do with them being psionic blasts and so bypassing the phase, but the abilities don't explicitly mention that. Is this a mistake in the description, or a bug in the game? Thanks

I'm assuming its similar to Emma Frost's special attacks bypassing Ghost's phase as well

I'm assuming a Psionic Blast is a type of Psychic Projectile, therefore bypassing Miss mechanics.

Would've been nice to have some clarification, but that works fine for me lol
