I still can’t play the game due to it crashing on entering a fight

It’s now been nearly 48 hrs and I still can’t play the game due to it crashing when trying to start a fight in AQ. I can move but can’t enter a fight. I am the only person in my alliance with this issue so it won’t be long before I get kicked and lose out on the alliance gifting event even though I spent 11,000 units on the gifting event.
