Warlock experts gather here...

I pulled a 5star warlock and took him to r4. Also I am in 6.2. So tell me how to use him and where does he shine. What are his advantages and disadvantages and does he deserve a spot in my team.

Congrats, Warlock is an amazing champ.

This isn't intended to be complete, but a few thoughts for you...

He's immune to bleed, poison, coldsnap and frostbite. There plenty of champs and nodes where those immunities are clutch.

His armor up makes him a solid havok counter.

He has the best heal block (not heal reverse) in the game, that can easily be maintained for the entire fight. Regen nodes, Wolverine and Sinister all become easy fights.

His SP1 drains power, however it doesn't hit very hard. I really only use it if I'm in a pinch and really need to bring down the opponents power. The downside is it removes all infections.

SP2 is fairly strong, armor breaks and places an infection.

SP3 regens health (1.2k at r5, per infection) and drains 100% of the opponents health over about 5 seconds.

His Heavy is quick, hits fairly hard and puts a bleed on the opponent.

I also love to use the AI Uprising synergy with Guilly 2099 where he gains power each time a debuff fails on him because of immunity.

There's many other nuances I didn't include, but these are the basics.

In 6.2 he's great for Mr Sinister boss with Vision / Ulton synergy...or Heimdall + Hela / Angela.

In 6.3 he's a good counter for Havok boss.

Using warlock is a piece of cake. His main special is sp2. Also don't forget to weave in heavies between combos as the heavy has a really solid bleed.
Sp1 and sp3 have power drain and sp3 also has a regen according to the number of infections on the opponent.
Sp1 also has a shock.
Sp2 has armor breaks which greatly increase his damage.

Now about his advantages:
He has triple immunities,xl(good for v2), tech(good for v3), his heal block is the most powerful heal block in the game, he also has offensive ability accuracy reduction scaling with no of infections which helps on nodes like masochism,emp modification.He is a decent evade counter as well.
He shines everywhere from variants to act 6,7.
Only disadvantage of warlock is his infections cannot be maintained on buff heavy champs like venom.
He deserves a place in everyone's roster.
