Yondu is great, he needs some more utility and damage.

He needs to be able to bleed and armor break at the same time for utility, and when the armor break removes an armor up effect, steal it and trigger an armor up buff on himself. If an immunity triggers, apply a degen debuff instead.
He should not only steal armor up buffs, but also prowess effects to use it for himself.
Per debuff he should reduce combat power rate by 15% per debuff instead of 10%, up to a maximum of 100% instead of 50%.
Turn the heal block of the SP1 into a heal lock that reduces healing and regen effects by 100%. With despair this should go into the negative.
Make the increased attack per special attack bigger, like +50%, make it count all special attacks and increase maximum to like 20 or even 25.
Give the SP3 a new Sever debuff that prevents all combat power gain and power gain effects, regen and ability triggering for a set amount of time.
