Rebuild alliance

We are a group of active players, 1/3 of us get Uncollected. We have boss killers in 3 BG so that we are skilful to clear 3BG in map 5. However, some players are retired or left; now we are rebuilding it. Skill is our no.1 consideration, not your current hero rating, but at least you should have some R4 champs to do map 5. We all have own family life and work; so it is NOT compulsory to be always active and we can backup if you are really busy for some days.
