Doctor Doom Bugged?

I was fighting in AW using Doctor Doom today. After using SP3, there was NO passive stun on the opponent, and he used his SP3 immediately. This is the first time I'm encountering this problem so wanted to know if anyone else is facing this.

Details on the node:
Steady Buildup - Fury
Heavy-Hitter
Enhanced Fury

You can see, there is nothing to do with nodes here. If anyone else faced this, let me know.

    Yes, people like to forget that on him. Saw a similiar problem with a different attacker in Global last week. And it was a high Level guy who should have known.

    Right, but I don't seem to have the infection while activating SP3 (just the virus charges).
