Who do i rank up unawakened: Cap IW or Void

I am a level 43 account, on the start of chapter 2 of act 5. Which should I rank up, a Cap IW or Void both are unawakened. I can take either to r4, but dont know which would be more useful for my uncollected push. Please help me out yall

    they both greatly benefit from awakening but cap IW still maintains his damage for the most part unawakened so i'd go with cap.

    For collector capiw helps cause high block proficiency.
    But both are the champs who need dupe and high sig imo

    Cap is perfectly usable without his sig, but tremendously benefits from it.

    Void is pretty alright without his sig, but isn’t a complete champ until sig 1 and then greatly benefits from additional sig levels.
