Can you please revamp the loyalty program??? The help 10 is nice and all but it rarely works without issue and for a measly 1k loyalty. Even crappy boosts in the loyalty store cost 5k. Personally I suggest changing the currency all together and doing away with the “help” program. Yes I am aware of the Arena impact but you should be able to adjust for that fairly easy. You know how frustrating it is to have 1,100 help requests and you have to keep restarting to get the button to work?
