Can we please sell T4 cc for T5 cc fragments?

I'm asking to please be able to sell T4 cc to get t5 cc fragments. We are able to do this with every other catalyst type. With the amount of content out there on a monthly basis it is becoming increasingly more difficult to complete endgame content with the hopes of getting a 2,10, or 25 percent t5 cc fragment crystal. And with some things only unlockable by having a 6 star r3 champ, it puts even more content out of reach.
