Something is wrong with persistent charge

So i was using Nick fury in quest and started to drain my health with poison. It was my first fight of the quest in uncollected event quest so it was strange
Then i went into arena and same happened again with Nick as well as Captain Marvel


Somehow they don't have their persistent charge anymore 😅😅😅😅😅. On the other hand it is working just fine for others.
Plzz look towards the matter 😶😶😶😶
