Please remove any core gameplay changes from the monthly updates

Right now every monthly update has so many changes with the new events and characters and the deadline to release this new content is forcing you to take shortcuts in testing. Let your team focus on the new content with the monthly cycle and keep core gameplay changes out of it.
Baby steps are needed.
Changing core gameplay should be removed from any deadline situation so that you can release it in a proper beta environment with advanced players that can test the thousands of different interactions . You can not properly test this with a small in house staff while there is a mandatory push to get new content out at the same time each month.
Take a step back. Hire some more people. Revert to last months mechanics until you can figure out how to get a handle on the core gameplay changes. Focus on those in the middle of the month when your team isn’t totally taxed with the monthly update release. The push to get the new content out with all the fixes at the same time is destroying the game.
