Will the SQ kick me out after the switch?

(I am following seatins guide to get the cav card, and 5* AG)
I had to quit out of my first run with only 2 stamps. Planning to go into the quest right before it ends and get the first stamp. T he n I would wait until it changed, and get the rest.
Will it kick me out of the quest?

when I’m missing a stamp would be great!
