It has to be mostly from the south asian region, as basically being the only Indian guy in an alliance means I will consistently join stuff after 8 to 10 hours (which doesn't usually make a good impression and with the new timers, everyone will be nearly finished with second region by the time I join)

Also your alliance is full.
