missing rank-up gem

I just explored the first chapter of Variant 6 (Contamination A missing hero) but i did not recieve the rank 3 to 4 5* rank-up gem, it's not in my inventory or in my mail. I could not contact the customer support since it's down dor maintainance, so i'm posting my problem here, please help me with this, really need those rank-up gems
