Did Parry Mastery Change Again? (At least the Description did)

Today I checked my parry mastery and found the description for 1/3, 2/3 and 3/3 parry identical. Is this a visual bug or am I missing something? I always thought the benefit of putting more points into parry means lesser block damage and increased stun duration. Am I missing something?

    Visual bug. If it was true all parries would be perfect blocks.

    Anyone else having trouble with parrying? I've been trying to parry and few times it won't even trigger

    Yes, I’ve been having trouble with parry recently, especially at the beginning of the fight. Even when I block as usual, instead of parry triggering, the AI would go on to punch the bejesus out of me 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
