Question on ability accuracy

In war there is a node that increases ability accuracy by 100. Do champs have a base ability stat if so let's say its 100 so with the node will the champ have 200% ability accuracy? Then if I use falcons lock on will it be reduced to 100% or wut happens?

    yes base ability accuracy is typically 100%, If there is a node such as enhanced abilities (+20%) ability accuracy or in this case +100% ability accuracy, then locked on will reduce it from 200% to 100%
