Medusa Bug?

Fighting in Book 2 1.4 armour path, when I noticed opponents getting armour up buffs despite being armour shattered by Medusa. Armour up buffs have +75% AA due to nodes but Medusa’s ability doesn’t say that it reduces AA, just that opponents can’t activate armour up buffs. Is this a bug, or does Medusa’s ability reduce armour up AA by 100% but isn’t clarified properly?

    Probably the last part. I would assume she was coded at a time without enhanced armor up or smt.
