Game shut down

Hi guys
Since december when started so many new stuff to upload from kabam( new buffs, cava dif, site event, v6 etc..)
my game is literally gets sh....
I use the same device the same internet connection that before but may game:
-shut down immediatelly
-throwing out from quest arena even ally quest as well I can tell you that is very unnoying when after you log-in and your hero is dead even you didn’t fought at all.
Any idea or plain to do something with that
this problem getting normal every day and I have no feel the game amuse.
