Jumping in auto mode and taking damage

After the latest update my characters, while holdin block just releases and stand there unblocked. Also, while on offense they won't slide in and attack for some reason. Also, I opened up some crystals, i.e 4* signature stones and went to upgrade my champs and I did not them. I just paid for the tier 4 class catalyst package also. Not sure what all is missing. I'm an avid player and I have 4 accounts and constantly spend money on the game. Please fix.
