I don't know how to make an explanation for the Rhino Rework Idea.
Vulture (Noir) is weird one. He is like a whole bunch different champions in one with a very weird, but very easy ramp up.
I am as clueless as Kabam trying to come up with a Deep Dive on Immortal Hulk.
