ETA on freezing specials?!

Okay, sorry if I am being annoying, but it doesn't seem to be spoke about at all by anyone from the forums.
Is there an ETA on the fix? I don't think you realise how big this bug is and how it will seriously affect all of us playing... like your underestimating the impact it will have.
I have nearly lost streaks in arena because I use a special, I have gone in to attack after evading AI specials expecting easy hits only for them to be able to parry or evade... when we can't.
AQ is coming up, war is happening... this needs sorted seriously, it's all devices, it's all champs basically...
Again I don't mean to go on, but it's a serious issue that will cost us players real money and in game items that we shouldn't have to use.
