Gifted incursion potions

Gifted incursion potions Seem to take up two items in your incursion run. You need to claim the item then to use it and it charges you again so you can only use one revive and two potions… This is clearly wrong. Unfortunately I’m unable to login to the Zendesk and me and my alliance partner have been shafted
