Retirement alliance?

Friend looking for a retirement alliance. One where AQ and War are optional, no dues. He does want units from easy events like completion and can help there. May join aq and war from time to time and is a bonified boss killer even in a 10m+ alliance running all map 5.

Anyone have something like that?
