Apocalypse Bug?!

I recently pulled a 5star Apocalypse from the 5star featured. I took him to rank 3 level 1 but for some reason I can't make anyone a horseman. I fought the realm of legends Winter Soldier and Captain Marvel to make my Archangel a horseman but Apocalypse didn't give me the option to make anyone a horseman???

    He needs 4 charges and you tap on his picture in the champ select screen

    You have to activate the synergy under his character, not AA.

    That, or you don't have 4 charges yet.
