I duped him today from a featured. So i was pretty salty. Now this lad is r2 to go with apocalypse. Just thought id share.

    It scales on how full the opponents power meter is (I think).

    Everyone has a r2 Cable now (Some even have a r3). Damien, you, Thicco, me, and a few youtubers and other players. Cable love is everywhere. Puts a smile on my face.

    Yeah I'm gonna do the same in a few days. Funny how all of us are doing this at the same time. He's not as impressive as kd made him out to be, and was a bit underwhelming at first, but he does his job
