Mutant Legendary Side Quest - Slumber bug?

Slumber seems to occasionally fail to work properly at the start of the fight, resulting in the Power Lock not applying on UC. I had it happen a few times when going in for a second attempt and he was low on health, I figured Assassin mastery was reducing the AA, but this and another time it was right from the start. Can't figure out if it's a bugged interaction or if I'm overlooking something

    Pacify Mastery is shutting down the Power Lock part of the node.

    🤦‍♂️that makes sense. I mean it's dumb that that can happen, but thanks for the info. It would be nice if they could change the order that the debuffs roll for the node so that the Power Lock applies before the Pacify AAR effect from the stun. Not sure if it works that way
