Due to issues related to the release of Mastery Loadouts, the "free swap" period will be extended.

I noticed this during the final quest in heroic, but it happens everywhere. When fighting NC, he evades and attacks at the same time...that is nothing new. The new part is now the animation shows him dashing back and you get hit by an invisible force! There is a great video of it on Reddit. So it looks like they tried to fix the evade/attack bug by changing which animation gets priority, but completely screwed it up.

    Ya and he still disappears and hits you with a special while invisible . He is broke AF.
