I don't know who to rank up. any advices ?

I've got a strong roster with 6X R2 6* ghost, fury, Apocalypse, HT, SS, Venom all non duped. 5* max and duped (doom, BWCV, CAIW, Void, hyperion, AA, Magneto, Warlock OR, longshot,CG, CM, Domino, Aegon...
i've got some T2 alpha and 1 T5 expiring soon. My options are either 6* to R2 : thing, gambit, BWDO or 5* to R5 Guill2099, Falcon, duped, Havoc, namor ( mutant AG+100 sig)
I've completed ACT 6 and 7.1
ANy advices ? my goals are for the futur contents : 7.2 completion for example
