Storm (Pyramid X) shock "immunity" doesn't work

Hey, so Storm pyramid seems to still suffer shock damage after wasp evades in this clip. Storm's abilities state:

Lightning Tempest: Decrease the potency of incoming Shock effects by 100% and each active Prowess adds 2% chance to Stun the Opponent on Hit for 0.9 second(s). Max 16% chance.

And as u can see in the clip, her lightning tempest is active. So is this a bug or am I misunderstanding her abilities? Thank you!

86 damage per tick is like nothing.

The potency is reduced by 100% ... is not the same as immunity. So it should be correct that she can get shocked and the debuff is shown. And maybe there are interactions increasing the potency of her shock to more than 100% or reducing it to absolute 0 isn‘t possible?

Hmm ... we need more data for better results.
