Stryfe psionic blasts question

Ghost is getting hit while in phase by Stryfe mediums.
His description says psionic blasts can't be evaded. Evade and Miss are totally different mechanics.
So, is it a bug or a bad/incomplete description?

Typically ingame, Psionic blasts are a type of attack. They can neither miss nor be evaded. It's the reason why you can't phase Emma's specials with Ghost as they are also classified Psionic Blasts.
