L2 broken Most MCOC characters

in Bugs and Known Issues
In any game mode gain power till L2 hold block until opponent does a power attack back up and immediately activate special. What will happen in most cases is that power is drained, animation fails to show, no damage is taken by enemy, and your left there wide open frozen to incoming attack.

    Same situation losing 4 star streak in versus again.

    I'm having the same issue. Used Mordo, Electro, and Unstoppable Collosus. All 3 specials 2s never happened, enemy took no damage and my power bar was drained.

    Also now happened on my L1 backed in a corner with Hyperion but killed Ryno with no animation super weird.
