Nick Fury with quake synergy bug

After using this synergy something that happens a lot is with the charges I’ll get clipped at the end of a dex and instead of evade it will spend a charge and not evade. Happens in various content.

It happens to me a lot when I'm facing a champ like Iceman or Cyclops where they have a 3 hit SP1, and I dex the first 2, but the third hit clips me
