Enrage timer LOL

Hei guys, can someone explaine me why is that enrage timer different for a 4* than a 5*, I will do a LOL run with my 4* SL (don`t have any 5* capable to do that) but even if I do perfect fight I will die cause of that enrage timer.
Is there any tips on how to expend that timer?
