Bugs still there

So, I'm playing in war with my Ultron against abomination and my Ultron just stops moving. He becomes completely unresponsive and Abomination just gets a couple free combos and an S2 while I'm completely defensive. I survive that fight and then the same thing happens against UC. Anyone else having this type of issue?

I've had to happen to me as well in quests. Its infuriating.
