Appcalypse horseman ability is bugged at war

As the title says i enter with team at AW today of cable and apocalypse. I won the first fight with apoco, he went to 4 charges and i made cable horseman. After i took down the player i wanted i used cable again at mini - island and he was not any more horseman of apocalypse.
