Which 6* should I rank 3? Unduped Stealthy, unduped Nick Fury, or duped Elsa?

Nick easily.... Not Elsa.

I'd say Nick. He should be dupe don't get me wrong.

But you might take a long time to get another resources (t5cc) by the time you dupw him. You can still use him undupe but not that great

It appears this thread has a disagree spammer, but I’d go stealthy, nick could be done for longer term, but for immediate use stealthy Is best

Stealthy looks like the best immediate choice. But unduped nick works fine in act 7.

I would do NF personally.

It's between elsa and stealthy, I would go elsa.
I'm probably going to get a ton if disagrees though, since there are a ton of elsa haters in the forums

NF. Managed to solo a R3 stubborn doom boss last season with my R3 NF (duped) and he didn’t even go into second phase so technically an unduped NF can do the same 😉
He is much better with dupe but still really good without it

Nick will be useful even unawakened, in Act 7 and above.

People will not disagree with you coz they hate Elsa. You will because you basically said that NF cant be use if unawakened

Easily Stealthy imo. You may never dupe Nick.

i have stealthy and nick fury as 6*, both unduped, if i get a skill t5cc i would rank up stealthy. so maybe that helps.

I just took up my unawakened 6* Nick to r3 a couple of days ago. He’s been incredible for me and I use him with my 5* Nick Fury. I firmly believe that double the Nick = double the thicc
