Invisible NC

A fello alliance member and In have had a few run ins with N C that stay invisible for several seconds, all that is viewable during his attacks are the white lines made by his sword cutting through the air. New bug/ old one?

Yes I’ve saw this before but not nearly as long, it happened to me in arena last night
