Can dr doom defeat V6 mephisto? I don't have any other villan champion.

    You can power through but incinerate will cost you some items. Plus, you can only do sp3 as he's incinerate immune so rooms sp1 and 2 won't be great. Void is ideal for that fight with incinerate immunity and his Fear the void damage over time to counter the 90 energy and physical resistance. A strong bleed damage over time would work ok, but still have to watch his incinerate and his healing or you'll be in for a bit of pain at his regen phase.
