Apocalypse Charges Broken After Update

This is in the 5* featured arena. He should have 4 charges due to synergy with my own Cable. But even if the synergy was not working, he should still have 3 charges since he is fighting a mutant.
But as you can see, he is only getting 2 charges.

    Thanks. If it is so many different heroes it should have been easier to catch.
