Rate the Yellowjacket buff

The day has come and I have heard of some complaints in the forums about him but counters to that opinion also so why not make a poll

He finally has utility. I'll give him that. But, I just don't care for the buff. I do like that his power stings are now active instead of passive debuffs. There's some stuff I want to test with that. But still not expecting anything much. When I went to test him for damage I even brought the HB synergy (65% Power sting potency). Sheesh. I'm glad I brought the synergy. That damage with the synergy was bad. I don't want to see it without the synergy.
