No persistent charge for Nick Fury AQ (Feb update 2021)

I entered AQ with Nick Fury and noticed he had no persistent charge. This is very frustrating. Anyone else have similar issues after this new February 2021 update?

    Yes i have experienced same thing with nick fury and aegon too

    Not only nick fury... Corvus also missing the charges...

    There are so many other bugs arousing... Still there are so many yet to be found....
    The side quest "super hyper turbo special fatal ultra mutant showdown" is always having the bug with the last fight with unstoppable colossus on powerlock and fighting with magneto having not gaining the buffs...
    Waited for one month to fix... New update came but no old fix and new bugs came along...
