ACT 7.1.4 Polka Dot Power not working in new update

I am currently exploring Act 7 .1 and I am in chapter 4. The leftmost lane has polka dot power node. It worked fine till the previous update and now the node does not work and my champs does not gain power even with a damaging effect.
