Why no 30 minute timers?

With the amount of bugs just released in the latest update and zero chance to have any addressed this AQ why are there not 30 minute timers? This release was is the most poorly deployed update since 12.0.

45 minute timers would be a nice compromise. They used to say they didn't want to burden us with 30 minute timers but then xpandd the AW map and shortened the energy timer there.

I love 30min timers but what difference will that really make? All the bugs are going to remain. We would just be encountering them quicker.
