Aw tier drop

We finished last season high masters, our off season wars were tier 1. We won all of them not that they count since it doesn’t affect the ratings. However, somehow we have dropped to tier 2 while we are searching for matchup. Any idea why that is?

    They couldve eliminated some dead alliances from tier calculations. Thus the number of tier 1 spots available was reduced since its a % not a set number
