So I'm level 55 yet I'm locked from Legendary difficulty in the new side quest.
Did the legendary requirement change or is this a bug?

    Not a bug. Each chapter is weekly basis. Probably you don't meet the requirements. Click on it to find the requirements

    I clicked but nothing shows up. Legendary requirement is Level 55 yet it shows 45 at the top which is Variant requirement.

    It finally showed up and Legendary requirement has changed.
