If you do not want to watch the video here is the strategy.
First off he controls your heavy attack meaning when you charge heavy he reduces your ability accuracy so you will not evade. Push him to a sp1 and then he will control your specials again, then you can quake him. Due to rich gets richer you will reach 3 bars and once you do he will gain the control over heavy again. To prevent this you must hit his block to trigger 1 armor up buff from explosive personality. Doing this will cancel out rich gets richer.
