CGR worth Cosmic Awakening Gem?

Hi Everyone,

I just completed my first path of Abyss and got crazy luck with my pulls. I got a cosmic catalyst and cosmic awakening gem so I decided to go for the featured and pulled CGR. I took him to R3 right away to get thronebreaker, but am wondering if he is worth using the awakening gem on or if I should save for someone else eventually (CMM or Corvus). This is my first CGR so not super knowledgeable about him yet and how crucial his awakened ability it. Any tips or suggestions appreciated!

Yes, his awakening provide fate seal as well as some damage

I used a generic but I have a very small selection of 5* that aren’t awakened.

Prestige isn't something I'm worried about right now so I think I'll keep him at sig 1 for now. Looks like he has some decent prestige if that is something I worry about in the future.

I have his 5* r5 awakened and 6* r3 unawakened Id say he doesn’t need the ability at all tbh.
It’s worth keeping for someone who needs it more imo
