Not going to spend money because you dorked the game

This is another post about the problems with special attacks and defending in Alliance Quest. Everyone in my Alliance is experiencing the same problems. Easy battles are being lost and AQ is not being done. We lose until the Hot fix is complete and you want us to spend money on AQ health and revives. Ain't gonna happen. Already wasted boosts that didn't work because my hero decided to not do anything, just stopped and let his butt get kicked. I am definitely not new to the game.
What needs to happen is the Hot fix needs to go out and this set of AQ needs to be reset along with something to cover what people wasted.

Here's a thought that a lot of people have. What do Kabam and Customer Service have in common? Answer: Nothing

I currently have over $10 credit from google rewards and still wouldn't spend a dime in game. No unit sales for advanced users, 99 out of 100 solo crystals are exp boosts and I can't pull a 4 or 5* tech champ for the life of me with awakening stones sitting there for almost a year now, and I'm losing Arena streaks and champs in AQ

I can't remember the last time I died on the first day of AQ

I've never had a problem with kabams customer service.

The one bad experience I had with them was when they passed out the 5 star awakening stones. I had surpassed their threshold the month before. I was told by Customer Service that I just needed to submit a ticket and it would be taken care of. I submitted the ticket and got the simple response that they had not made a mistake and would not bother to even check it. This is also not the first time that I have lost items due to game issues. Before when there was a problem, they would send an apology and give crystals and other things to compensate. Haven't seen that happen lately. I have been playing over two years so I might have a little experience.
